welcoming the dawn so warmly it's been a while..

i just feel like i'm so okay & together..
like nothing could go wrong for quite a while..
i'm so glad i feel like crying right now..
maybe i am but so what?

maybe i've not been myself for a while..
maybe i didn't know what myself was for a while..

i kind of lost my personality..
what i thought was everything to me..
i just got demoralised from doing. like it was a chore.
words.. atmosphere.. teenagers..
they can do a lot to a gurl..
they can hurt & scar & not realise what they've done.

but it feels so much better..
it might be closure..
though it doesn't feel at all like it.
